- Transformative 1-day workshop
- Follow-up coaching sessions over 2 month period

- The brain, its wiring and the practice of mindfulness.
- The power of negative and positive thinking.
- Identifying negative and positive emotions.
- Setting physical, mental, emotional and spiritual goals.
- The practice of centering.
- The Centre for Hope Circles of Community Model and the theory underpinning the model.
